What’s the difference between 9mm and 13mm charms?
The measurement refers to the width of the charm link. 9mm charms are narrower and sit more delicately on the wrist — the most common size for everyday wear. 13mm charms are wider, bolder, and work well if you want more visual impact. The two sizes are not interchangeable, so it’s important to match your charm to your bracelet.
How do I know what size my bracelet is?
Measure the width of the links on your existing bracelet. A 9mm bracelet has links that are 9mm wide; a 13mm bracelet has links that are 13mm wide. If you’re not sure, contact us and we’ll help you figure it out. See our full Charm Size Guide for more detail.
Are your charms compatible with all Italian charm bracelets?
Our 9mm charms are compatible with standard 9mm Italian charm bracelets from any brand. Our 13mm charms are compatible with standard 13mm bracelets. As long as the size matches, they will fit and snap together correctly.
What is an 18mm charm?
18mm refers to a larger format charm, sometimes called a Superlink. These are less common and work best as focal pieces on a wider bracelet. See our Charm Size Guide for a full comparison.
Orders and Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
US domestic standard orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. International delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $35.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
I need a gift by a specific date — what should I do?
Check the delivery timeframes in our Shipping Policy and choose expedited shipping if standard won’t reach in time. For custom or photo charms, allow an additional 3–5 business days for production.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our full Returns and Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@clearlycharming.net within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I return a custom or photo charm?
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

How long do photo charms take?
Photo charms are made to order and take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping. Allow extra time when ordering for a specific occasion.

How do I start a charm bracelet from scratch?
Start with a bracelet and two or three charms. A single charm on an empty bracelet can look sparse — three gives it a foundation to build from. We recommend choosing one meaningful charm and filling the remaining slots with simple designs that give you room to develop the collection over time.
