Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Clearly Charming purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

To start a return, email us at hello@clearlycharming.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or design, contact us before returning your item and we’ll reserve the replacement for you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and include a photo of the issue.

Custom and Photo Charms

Custom-made and personalised items — including photo charms — cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
