Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Clearly Charming purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our returns policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with any original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@clearlycharming.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or size, please contact us at hello@clearlycharming.net. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or we sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@clearlycharming.net with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
