Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Custom and Photo Charms
Personalised and photo charms are made to order and require additional production time of 3–5 business days before shipping. Please allow for this when ordering for a specific date.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your parcel through to delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@clearlycharming.net and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we will always do our best to help.
Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Peak Periods
During peak gifting periods, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your required date to allow for increased carrier volumes. For custom or photo charms, allow 3 weeks.
